Relaxation can come in form of sleep, sitting while doing nothing and other ways you can think of. Being healthy is sure nice and am sure you know that too, but sometimes staying healthy relies much on you and sometimes also being unhealthy may be as a result of our environment or rather we can brand it unforeseen occurrences. When healthy, you can be happy and subsequently live a fulfilled life,  But what are things you can do to stay healthy,            That's the problem.........
