Tips to stay healthy
Being healthy is sure nice and am sure you know that too, but sometimes staying healthy relies much on you and sometimes also being unhealthy may be as a result of our environment or rather we can brand it unforeseen occurrences.
When healthy, you can be happy and subsequently live a fulfilled life,
But what are things you can do to stay healthy,
That's the problem.........
These tips outlined will sure be of help;
* Avoid junk food
This is one and probably the most effective way to stay healthy, you should learn to avoid some certain foods that are not good to your health but rather take foods that are more nutritious to the health.
Avoid much sweetened foods, oily foods and some other foods that are not nutritious to your health
PS - Dont eat a food cause it's sweet or delicious but rather check out what it adds to your nutritional value.
* Get the better of fruits
Fruits are a guaranteed source of vitamin.
Fruits supply the body with vitamins and vitamins are very vital to keep you healthy.
Fruits whenever taken serves the body well but you can get the better of it when taken after dinner.
Pounce on them...
* Get adequate exercise
This helps in a lot of ways to keep you healthy, exercise helps you excrete some unwanted substances through sweat.
Exercise also helps to burn body fats which will in turn help you stay flexible.
This does not take the world to do it,
You sure have a hobby, or don't you???
If yes, then keep at it.
But if it appears to be one that does not make you sweat much, then you can engage in some indoor exercises like jumping, leapfrogging etc.
* Get enough rest
This plays a big part in your healthiness, rest can come in form of sleep, nap or just sitting or lying without doing anything.
Whenever you rest, some body systems and not all immediately comes to rest as well,
We said some and not all systems cause if all does, that's sure death.
And also when rested, you restart with a replenished and revitalised body, always get some rest.
* Avoid intake of unprescribed and Hard drugs
Hard drugs can rightfully be proven that it does more harm than good to the body,
So why take them?
It's also wrong to take unprescribed drugs cause the
one you are taking may not be the actual solution to your problem.
Drugs are very useful in catering for your health but when misused endangers your life,
Be careful!
