What to know about eating
A lot of individuals tend to be indecisive when it comes to eating. We tell ourselves that we "should" eat this, and we definitely "should not" eat that. This indecisiveness comes as a result of limited or untrue information gotten from unreliable resources. Instead of being guided by our own internal knowledge and appetites, we base our choices on what we heard (sometimes wrong information) and as a result, we lose touch with our ability to integrate into our bodies and give them what they need. At times we also focus on what we should eat, but overlook paying attention to how we are eating.
